The Higher Brothers are a Chinese hip-hop group from Chengdu consisting of members MaSiWei, DZknow,Psy.P and Melo. They are in a record label, 88rising, which is made up of Asians or Asian-American artists.
Although they first appeared on the 88rising YouTube Channel in 2016, they were active far before that, as videos from as far back as 2012 can be found of Melo rapping alongside OG CDC members such as Fat Shady and Sleepy Cat. Due to the success of songs like "Made in China" and "Franklin", The Higher Brothers embarked on a tour through Asia alongside 88rising artists Joji and Rich Brain in late 2017.
Lately, they released their second album "Five Stars". They have many collaborations with other creative artists, such as J.I.D, ScHoolboy Q, Rich Brain, etc. One of my favorite in this album is "No More" which collaborates with NIKI. Recommend this album to you!
