A Note Two Self is a solo project by Mike Richards. Mike was formerly in the band  “The Offset.” He started A Note Two Self after splitting from the band in 2015. In 2016 he released a self titled 5 song EP. Since then Mike had been busy hitting the road promoting his original music as well as some covers. He most restely played NYE bash @ the Social House in his home state of Virginia. He posted an amazing video of himself warming up before that show. Have a listen.

Mike's sound comes from a variety of influences. He notes a few as Ed Sheeran, Incubus, John Mayer, Jack Johnson, Matchbox 20, Stevie Wonder, The Beatles, and Third Eye Blind. I also get a lot of Blues Travelers vibes from his sound. I love to load up Spotify, kick back with a cold beer and zone out to his smooth rhythms. It's a really nice way to enjoy a Friday night.
